What is Mounjaro and Wegovy?
Mounjaro (trizepatide) and Wegovy (semaglutide) are injectable weight loss medications that work by mimicking hormones your body naturally produces after eating. They reduce appetite, slow digestion and help you feel full for longer making it significantly easier to eat less without feeling constantly hungry.
Both medications have been shown in clinical trials to produce substantial, sustained weight loss when combined with healthy lifestyle changes. They are not a quick fix but for many people they are the support that finally makes a real difference.
The key difference between the two is how they work in the body. Mounjaro acts on two hormone receptors rather than one which means it tends to produce greater weight loss on average. We will always discuss which option is most appropriate for you at your first appointment.
How much Weight Can I Expect to Lose?
Results vary from person to person, but clinical trial data gives a good indication of what is possible:

Is the initial consultation really free?
Yes, completely. We want to make sure the medication is right for you before any commitment is made. At your first appointment we carry out a full clinical assessment and discuss your options honestly including whether NHS support might be available to you.
Am I eligible if my BMI is under 30?
You may still be elligible if your BMI is 27 and above and you have other health condition. If you are unsure, book a free consultation and we will assess this with you.
How is this different from getting medication online?
At Eryani Health Clinic every patient is seen in person, every time. We carry out a full clinical assessment, review your medical history and monitor your progress monthly. We do not prescribe based on a questionnaire alone. Your safety and your results depend on a proper clinical oversight.
What happens if I experience side effects?
We start all patients on the lowest dose to minimise side effects and increase gradually based on how you respond. If you experience anything that concerns you between appointments our support line is available and we will always respond promptly.
How long will I need to be on the medication?
This varies from person to person and is something we will discuss with you throughout your treatment. Some patients reach their goal and transition off the medication gradually. Others choose to continue longer term. We will always support you in making the right decision for you.

Your Treatment Plan
If suitable we prescribe Mounjaro or Wegovy and arrange delivery directly to your door. We start at the lowest dose and increase gradually based on how you respond.
Ongoing Support
Monthly in person reviews throughout your treatment. Your progress is monitored, your dose adjusted and your GP is kept informed after every appointment.
