Healthcare Advice
Speak to a qualified prescriber from home — 7 days a week, 9am to 6pm. Free for all registered patients.
What We Can Help With
Minor Ailments
Infections, skin conditions, hay fever, UTIs, cold sores and more - assessed by a prescriber who can actually do something about it.
Medication Queries
Questions about your medicines, side effects, interactions or whether something is safe to take - answered by a qualified pharmacist prescriber.
Private Prescription
Need a prescription quickly? Where clinically appropriate we can issue private prescriptions or arrange a same day appointment . Fast, safe and properly assessed.
How it works?
Registered patients can call our advice line any day of the week, 9am to 6pm, and speak directly to a prescribing pharmacist. Not a receptionist. Not a triage bot. A qualified clinician who can assess your symptoms, advise on medications, and in many cases resolve your concern from the comfort of your home. And when you do need to be seen, we'll get you in fast.
Registration is completely free and takes just a few minutes at eryanihealth.co.uk
Prefer to be seen in person? We also offer private in-person consultations at any of our three Devon clinics.
In-person consultation: £40 (Private prescription fees apply separately where appropriate.)
We always explore every option with you — including what's available on the NHS. If your concern can be dealt with through your GP or on the NHS at no cost to you, we'll tell you. Our job is to give you the right advice, not just a private prescription.
For emergencies always call 999. For urgent out-of-hours advice call NHS 111.
This service is provided by Nada Al-Eryani, GPhC-registered Pharmacist Independent Prescriber (GPhC No. 2232606), within the scope of practice of a pharmacist independent prescriber.
